The WOLF School Difference: The 7 Core Concepts

At WOLF School, we believe in Building Respect, Appreciation, and Stewardship within the Web of Life. Our programs are guided by seven key concepts that help students deepen their understanding of the natural world:

  1. Cycles – Exploring the water cycle, nutrient cycles, and life cycles.

  2. Interdependence – Understanding how organisms and ecosystems rely on each other.

  3. Adaptations – Investigating how plants and animals survive in their habitats.

  4. Communities – Learning about interactions within ecosystems and human communities.

  5. Change – Observing natural and human-caused changes in the environment.

  6. Energy – Discovering how energy moves through food webs and ecosystems.

  7. Diversity – Celebrating biodiversity and the importance of healthy ecosystems.
